The Furry godmother

Yes. She is what she sounds like. Cute, funny and full of knowledge about your furry friend.

This project was my first introduction to a solid blend of UX, creative and understanding usability. While freelancing at Iris Worldwide, I worked closely with a UX designer to build a website for an industry leader in pet care products, Merial. 

I also had a load of fun working to create The Furry Godmother, an-initially-static-soon-to-be-animated helper to lead the way for pet parents to gain a stronger understanding of the growing and maturing stages of their beloved pets and how to protect them.

We engaged in extensive wire-framing sessions and built out the entire customer journey starting from Awareness and Education to Advocacy. 

Still so thankful to the good people at Iris Worldwide for letting me be a part of something so customer-focused... and furry.
